😮It's insane how I keep learning new things in Photoshop, even though I've watched a lot of tutorials and use it professionally everyday! I was actually trying to merge shapes in Photoshop today at work, but was facing a lot of problems and so I made the shape I wanted in Illustrator and imported in PS. PS really needs to get a bit better when it comes to handling shapes!

OH MY FCKING GOODNESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been doing some pseudo-vector illustrations in Ps lately and I haven't even noticed this feature! I feel so terribly stupid now! 🤣🤣🤣 The reason why this is great is that I can now finally create "clean" shapes that looks like I've done them without even having to merge two shape layers with identical colors. Hi, that's a good tutorial videos, but let me ask you, this (merge shape components) video tutorial can only be done with the version of Photoshop you use, or it can be done with an older version like CS6 Extended which is what I have? Well, I went step by step with your video tutorial, and when making the combinations, in the icon where it shows the different shapes options, all of them appear activated except for this option (merge shape components) which is there but deactivated. Let me know if with the version of Photoshop CS6 this option can be done or not (merge shape components) Thanks for your tutorial videos, they are very helpful.

Hi Unmesh, I want to create a polygonal shape and then place a circular shape, or any other shape, perfectly centred on each corner of the polygon.
