In 2013 I had a traumatic brain injury and was in a coma for a month. I had to learn how to do everything again, learn how to walk, talk, even how to swallow again. Going through this trauma has made me into the person I am today and I personally would not change what had happened to me because it has made me into the person I am today. So I say to all who are going through hard times, keep your head up and keep moving forward. God had put you through the struggle for a reason so take it as a blessing that you are still alive and keep moving forward🙏

Thank you Simon for all Your loving wisdom . You have a real Gift that is felt through the screen ! I have been working through many emotional Matters in my life . I love the way you share your insights and wisdom. I have been watching your video’s since your channel Showed up into the stream and I felt the inkling to capture the video and listen . My practice is learning to tune my listening . Its a real life changer . I dod not know how fussy my listening was for myself and others . I know we all have a purpose filled with divine guidance . I know I have been guided. , even in my stubbles . When I feel So overwhelmed by the worldly pains and busy affairs and I feel I cannot handle it anymore . A soft quiet inner voice say” who do you think is really experiencing all this . Its the soucre of all life that is and handles it all in its total. But I am me experiencing from This micro scale and I its hard because I ling to fly and be free of the body and this world . However I do love life . I suppose all these feelings and such serve a higher reason and purpose too . The creator made feelings for us to feel just like flowers to smell , music to hear and fruit to taste . And a world called earth and its life thereof to love ! 😁💐💞

Exactly I always said validation is part of empathy And opens the windows of healing And is what makes you human it is humanity Humanity Kindness Gentleness Empathy Compassion No judgment Radical acceptation I smoked weed to anesthésiâtes my pain today iam proud to be free of addiction I now need to become more mindful to stop my addiction to tobacco I don’t need anti depressant I need acceptance validation and love
