I bought Bill Eddy's book, "BIFF, Quick Responses to High Conflict People..." and I read it cover to cover. I also do go back to the book as needed for reference. I have occasional interactions with people whom I feel may be high conflict personality types. Putting into practice methods of communication and other tips I learned from the book, things that I use while interacting with these folks via texting and email messages, has been invaluable. 👍👍
