Hi Jamil! Not sure if it's the same in other states, but one thing to also take into consideration when comping homes in Florida would be the water system. For example, the 2nd home(2653 26th Street) has well water and a septic tank. Although it's more cost-effective, homebuyers prefer public sewer and water. Love your videos!!
