I’m loving this direction! Making Carla the mother feels so natural, like she instinctively stepped in and took her under her wing. There’s something so heartfelt about it-almost like she adopted her out of a deep connection. I hadn’t expected it, but it just feels perfect! Hi again Charity! I just wanted to come back and say THANK YOU SO MUCH! It took me 72 hours, lots of hair pulling and multiple infants but I finally got my Supersim with 6 inherited traits! Now I'm going to restart this challenge and watch your series while I do it :D ❤❤

It's really a good idea to watch my series as you go because that will show you all the tricks and traps of the game that you can avoid like picking independent for a toddler trait. 😆 Make sure you don't pick angelic or clingy either. They make milestones harder.

I followed you tutorial on making a full Super Sim (Alien handshake + Sulani Mana + Greater Wolf Blood + Ancient Bloodline + Grimm Descendant + Father Winter's Baby + Conceived in Lighthouse), and plopped her on the doorstep of my tester "Super Sim" (only focused on Adult traits, aspirations, skills, degrees, careers, & occults, not worried about collections or milestones). Something I learned about toddler milestones (not sure if others have discovered this): My toddler is still getting infant milestones! She did not get "Learned to Babble" before aging up (I'm only focused on the "top notch infant" trait), but then she got it when she learned to talk as a toddler.

Interesting! Some of the milestones overlap, so I only did the ones I thought were directly tied to infants as an infant. Same with the toddler. I didn't want to take chances.

you can give the all bonus trait from cas to a single sim like quicker learner, home turf, ect. make sure almost max "Quite a journey" the soul journey so you get the prompt pass down the trait

My supersim toddler got his nightmare milestone from going to sleep during a storm. He didn’t get the maxed movement skill despite being skill level 5. Sadly I had to give up on that one. He is a child now and we are working through the childhood aspirations. I look forward to seeing if he makes an appearance in this series! Unfortunately he is suffering from Grim’s genetics and is as think as a rake with a squished face! 🤣

In the infant walkthrough, I explain how to get the toddler milestone later down the line. If you don't mind starting over with the child, age him up to teen and save the sim out to the library. Add the teen back into the household and delete the old one. Change the new teen's age in CAS to toddler. He will have 0 skills and you can get the milestones properly. All previous milestones and traits for toddler and infant will be saved. You can set the mother and father relationships again if they are in the household to preserve the family tree. You just have to replay the milestones missed and redo all of the toddler skills which doesn't take too long.

Hi Charity! I'm enjoying your Supersim Series and decided to restart my own challenge with the new inherited traits. Here's my issue.. my OG SS got rid of her spellcaster abilities to have a baby with an alien. The baby is half alien as excepted and was born with strong bloodline. I successfully got her turned into a werewolf and began having science babies with Grim but her children are being born with weak bloodlines. How were you able to keep the strong bloodline after having babies with grim and so forth?

Every time you have a baby with no spell caster parent, the bloodline gets weaker. My Super Sim was already a half alien with ancient bloodline. You need one more step because of that. Don't have your current child have a baby with grim. Have a baby with another spell caster first to get a half alien with ancient bloodline. Then that child will need to be werewolfed and have a baby with grim to be a dormant wolf with strong bloodline.

@@Shauntorie no, but you have to check for it. You might lose it and you might not. I think it's a 50/50 chance.

How did you fix the movement skill? No matter what I do I cannot get the Learn to Run milestone

You have to age up to a toddler with no infant milestones, get 2 levels of movement, age up to a child, then save the sim in CAS and import them back in as an infant. You can then get all of the infant milestones. It's the only way to fix it now since cheating movement skill doesn't work anymore. @@Stone2200 that's a good option for those who want to use mods and cheats. I wasn't aware that any mod or cheat existed for adding milestones.

@@charitycodes Neither was I until can across that very bug with my own super sim. I knew UI Extension could add traits so I tried it and it worked. This is the only cheat I have used on her, only used to fix a bug.

@@Stone2200 yes, but I try my best not to use mods or cheats even if there is a bug. I try to work around it. The reason is you can never know how a mod affects the game just by loading it. I'm trying to not have side effects. Even cheats can sometimes corrupt your save. Cheating any of the bloodline traits for spell casters causes them not to be able to level up in some way later on. I forget exactly what it is. Cheating any university degree will cause LE's randomly. I use cheats as a last resort.

This is part of Super Sim. I'm trying to get all of the milestones. She needs one called "Had first nightmare". She has to sleep and I thought it would help if she was scared. Being outside in a thunderstorm makes her scared.
