I can confirm that IRCC will come back to you for section 8 Personal History for more than 10 years of history. I'm 36 and they asked me to fill out the form again and specifically required me to fill the form starting from the age of 18. I was so confused and ended up here. Wish I could see your video earlier and save the trouble.

I've been asked by the IRCC to provide the IMM5669 (Schedule A) from again bearing an original signature. I came across 2 forms on the IRCC website. The one dated 2022 is more user-friendly (newer to the one used in this video) yet it states it is for Sponsorship/ Refugee Claims purposes only but has a similar content to the one used in this video. Which one should I fill? I am bit skeptical filling the older form. Appreciate any help!

@@rohithooda1066 I decided to complete the older form (which was applicable for my application type as an inland PR) and added a screenshot from the IRCCs website with both forms along with an explanation note that I’m filling the older form - and not the new one because the newer form is intended for a different purposes as highlighted on its title. Hello, im really confused with this form, i understand that i shouldnt leave any gaps, between years or months, i get that.. my concern is , i have been working like 5 days a week, for 3 years, and attended school once a week for six months with in that time period. I have no problem filling out with education information, but when it comes to personal history, i dont know which to insert the studying while i was working..( for example.. 2017- 2020-09- working then 2019-01 to 2019-06 studying) should i make a written explanation for that? I hope you help me enlighten this concern.. thank you in advance!

For your first question, yes should be enough. For your second, no! this form is not designed to ask about your trips. For trips you will have the travel history form.

1. whatever your address, it should be clear and easy to find in case they need to. 2. The filed of study you were studying. In some cases you can just write "high school"

For personal history, If I ended a job Friday 29th June and resumed a new job Monday 1st July, how would i fill this? for example: one job is 01-2020 to 06-2020 and next job is 07-2020 to now. There is just 2 days gap which is a weekend, how do I account for this or is it okay to list as: 01-2020 to 06-2020 and next job is 07-2020- now. or do i add 06-2020 to 07-2020 as unemployed even though its just 2 days? I am confused. Please help. Thank you

Hi, Thanks for the valuable video. After watching your video, One question raised in my mind. In form 5669, There is section number 7 and 8 where we have to fill the education and addresses details. They say that if you need extra space then you can attach a file in which you create your own table to put all the details. So when we mention all the details in extra file what should we need to write in section 7 and 8 inside the form? Can we put them blank in the form ?

Just take a screenshot from the blank form and add it as the extra page then merge it with the form. No need to create your won.
