On Today's Episode:
Do you feel like you’re holding your life back? You envision all the cool things you could be doing if only you could make this one thing happen. If you could figure out how to execute on this brilliant idea you have that you know will change so many lives then your life could finally change for the better.
The problem is you either don’t have the clarity you need to make progress, or you don’t want it badly enough, or you’re overwhelmed thinking about everything it takes to get there.
A lot of people are fighting for their excuses and fighting to hold onto all the reasons people like them living in situations like this just can’t get a break. There’s never enough time, never enough resources, and even when they start, it eventually gets boring AF. Is that you?
92% of people fail to achieve the goal they set for themselves. In this episode Tom is breaking down for you exactly what you need to know to be part of the 8% that succeed in achieving their goals.
This is the most detailed and most comprehensive breakdown of how an ultra successful entrepreneur like Tom learned to optimize his time to execute at the absolute highest level, day after day after day. Take notes and get to work on:
How to use your time to transform potential into skills
Push through the boredom that achieving your goals demands
Define who you want to become and what rules and habits will make it possible
Master consistency and follow-thru to see your goals to completion
Realize that you need to fail and risk embarrassment to accomplish big goals
One of the best things you can do to set yourself up for success besides subscribing to Impact Theory is to count on strong habits and routines over motivation. Get your mindset right, cultivate the desire and beliefs that make your dreams your reality and get to work.
QUOTES:
“You have to get so specific with your goal that you know what you are doing with the next 15 minutes of your life.”
“You are only going to get what you absolutely demand of yourself.”
“If the first thing you do is pick up your phone or check your email, you are saying ‘hey, I don’t know what I should be doing with my time, so let me see what someone else thinks I should be doing with my time.’”
“The truth is difficulty, boredom, struggle, pain breaks almost everyone that it touches.”
“You become what you repeat.”
“You are going to have a ton of failure in your life, you have to contextualize it as the most advantageous thing that could happen to you.”
“You’re setting the bar too low. Everybody’s setting the bar too low!”
“The people that set the most aggressive goals are the ones that end up achieving their goals.”

Tom, thank you for this amazing video. The simplicity and clarity you offer to something that feels so complex is priceless. I have a question: From studying gender intelligence, it seems that women may require a different pace than men when it comes to pursuing goals. I would love to hear your thoughts and watch an episode with a guest speaker(like John Gray) to speak about what pace of pursuit is optimal for men vs women, considering hormones and stress management as key factors.

I love the idea of focusing on what you can do in the next 15 minutes to progress toward your goal. 15 minutes makes it seem so much more appealing and achievable rather than focusing on how much work needs to be done.

Hey, it's good to say loudly. It's good to try and fail and try and fail and try all the times you need to have success. Read and learn about habits (Atomics Habits), human beauvoir, and try to apply all the little tricks. The main reason why I leave the marihuana was listen Dr Huberman and the studies that correlated anxious whit thc consumption. Take a break, test/size my self, my emotions and their impact. It was kinda crazy to think, I'm doing this s*it and this is pushing back every time. Try it and be legendary!

Wish everyone will hear and listen to your video, excellent. I am 65 and am not no way, sitting out this life that I have the privilege to LIVE!!!!!! Life is for living. Have a wonderful day

At 86, started Keto and Intermittent Fasting on January 1st. My goal is getting rid of belly fat and improving focus and mental clarity. At 6’1” and 175 pounds just want to add the muscle mass I lost the last few years. Thank you. Your message will help me be part of the 8%. Bless you for reaching out and helping people!

Dear Tom!! You sound like a good father to me! I m in a moment in my life that I m trying to rediscover myself, ergo my profession is not satisfying any of my needs. Your lecture was so clear that cried in dispear because as you said the process is painful and have none to share with, I also work alone. I m trying small tasks to improve my esteem, fixing my sleep, I m already eating healthy. I have a training on the energy management (reiki) but sometime I don not find the enthusiasm to start after hours and hours of study and preparation, my trouble is to be able to do the task I need at least to begin a new activity that could give me the chance to fulfill my needs. I wrote this after the 1st half of the video, I will keep watching. Million Thanks to put together this video!! I love it so much!!!! Gabriela from Argentina.
