Deleted yes. But can you here say that data not can be recovered with a data recovery program? If the file partition table of the files only is deleted, a program can find the files again. I think the only way to secure that data is gone is to overwrite the discs.@@CrownGEEK

Normally yes, because all of that info is linked to your microsoft account, so deleting your microsoft account from your pc should also delete all saved passwords/credit card info etc
