I've done multiple industry expert calls and you did a pretty good job on explaining it. For context, we acquire companies across the US and before deploying capital of $50M+, we always wanna make sure we're investing in the right company and doing the right thing. Interesting to see how its used in the consulting environment!

Thank you for this I've been looking for a solution similar to the sponsor of the video. Looking forward to seeing how it works. Keep up the good work. Always look forward to your videos very insightful. Especially for some of us in the small nonprofit space that need this level of due diligence for the work that we do.

Interesting video, Heinrich. Could you make the next video about projects for/with the city or state administration? It's also interesting to know about that side of the consulting market.

How about transformation project?
@FirmLearning2 жыл бұрын
Hi! On a transformation project, you usually have a team leading the PMO and then teams leading individual content workstreams (e.g. procurement, overhead, R&D..) Especially for the content workstreams, expert calls might be very relevant depending on the exact challenges that the teams are facing. All the best - and thanks for your support of Firm Learning! :) Best, Heinrich

Hi Heinrich, is a good A-Levels Grade required for MBB, when the rest of my cv is really good? (top uni gpa, top uni, top work experience)
@kjelltermath42593 жыл бұрын
I have a A-levels gpa of 2,6 (german format)
@FirmLearning3 жыл бұрын
Hi, a-Levels are important, but you can compensate a not so strong Abitur gpa with excellence in other areas!

Hey man, if you are seeing this question then please reply. Is it possible to get into McKinsey after doing MIM from TUM, Germany? Also, i have 2 yrs of work experience so quite confused whether i should do MIM or MBA, if incase i am doing MBA from any average private university from Germany, then which of the above written 2 options(MIM TUM/ MBA from above average private uni) give me higher chances to get into McKinsey? Would love reading anyone else's view on this too, thanks!

Hi Heinrich, thank you for this video and questionnaire. I have a related question for a topic that might be on your next videos' list. For mastering survey's qualitative and quantitative questions, what ressources (books, online material or other) would you advise? Thanks Heinrich. Best
