The Point Factor method is usually a proprietary tool. Hay and Mercer has theirs as well as others.

This is very well broken down sir. Great insight. Satisfied worker may not necessarily be a high performer and a high performer may not necessarily be a satisfied worker, what do you think sir.

Thank you. The concept of job evaluation looks at the "job content" and "not the job holder". Hence, it doesn't check job satisfaction. However, your assertion maybe be found to be valid.
