I love your videos. Thanks again. I had a specific issue where it would not get the SMTP. I use Office 365 . This was the solve. Thought I'd share in case you are asked. Log in to Microsoft Office 365 admin center and go to Users > Active Users--> Select the user whose email Id is use to integrate with Zoho CRM-->Click Mail in the side pane that pops out-->Click Manage Email Apps in the Email apps section-->Select Authenticated SMTP setting if it is not selected. If the option is already selected, unselect and select again--> Click Save Changes.

I understand in one way, why to integrate as IMAP. But if a coworker is leaving the company, and we set down his Zoho Account and then the Mail Integration by IMAP too, how we can still have his mails to contacts/leads visible in the CRM? Thanks for your answer to this challenge.

Great question! Some companies will move the emails to another account that is synced with zoho. That solves this problem. In some cases pop3 will be used but that will create more expenses on the zoho crm side as data will grow.

This is an integration with zoho crm. Not an email program.
