if it weren't for your videos during my college course 6 years ago, I wouldn't be in my job today, thank you for the free content and tutoring, you mentored me through my ccna exams better than my actual lecturers did. Eternally grateful all the way from Scotland.

@@thenetworkingdoctors this was damn helpful. Much appreciated. I was struggling with basic DHCP configurations for 4 different VLANs I am building for an enterprise office network. If possible, could you assist me with certain things I am facing troubles with, maybe like a 1-1 session? Thanks. Would be grateful if I could get a reply soon.

You are a champ! Been ages since I touched Cisco stuff and I needed a crash course in VLANs and DHCP (I need to setup WDS for a customer soon). This makes it very clear how the networks look along side each other. Many thanks.

this is great... so just wondering at the "core" level, if that was a switch instead of a router, I'd need to enable routing (ip routing) on the switch if assuming it was at the core level?

Great video explaining routing/DHCP on a stick with VLANs. Could you make a video explaining how to configure DHCP and routing for L3 switches?
@wittepm9 жыл бұрын
Henry Arroyo it's the same, you just need to make sure your switch is actually doing routing by turning on the "ip routing" command. And instead of sub-interface on the router, you can use the actual VLANs.
@LightDL4 жыл бұрын
Would this work if I had for example 1 router in each vlan serving as relay-agents??
@craiglitchmore9 жыл бұрын
Hi Lazaro Diaz, thank you posting those videos, they have been really helpfully, especially the video on how to configure dhcp for inter-Vlans. If this is not too much to ask, can you make a video showing traffic talking across a WAN? Need to understand how to route traffic across a WAN using static routes. Craig L.
