Great tutorial! In my case I change my repeater router ip from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.2 because my main router was on 192.168.0.1 already!

To gain back access to the router, you have to reset it with a needle, by keeping pressed the tiny reset button on the back of the router for about 10 to 15 seconds, until it reboots.

My model is TL-WR740N V1/V2 with the latest firmware for v2.1. Totally unable to be used for an extender/repeater after multiple settings and tests. The smartphone recognizes its network, but always "No internet access". Any idea?
