Hey there - so I went to the Samsung website / downloaded the PDF manual / other forums and nothing worked. But I tried your version and what do you know - I'VE GOT THE BOOOOOM BACK!! Thank you. This process worked for me- 1. Turned everything off. 2. plugged in the subwoofer. Then the sound bar 3. Pressed the reset button on the SW till the red light turned off. 4. Turned off the sound bar. 5. press and hold the VOL button (just press not up or down) while the sound bar was turned off. ID set will pop up for a second. 6.Turned the sound bar on and connection complete. Sound bar model no. - HW-MM4 Subwoofer model no. - PS-WN20

I have the hw-k360 and my procedure was similar with a few differences. Although I have the same remote as yours, on mine, the remote's directional up resets the bar, and the volume button resets the bar I.D. The key difference was in the sub. It has only one light and would not reset until I turned it off while I was resetting the bar's I.D.. Turned on and it works perfect. Thanks for taking the time to get me in the ballpark. Hopefully someone with my configuration saves a little time also.

Question, so I just got mine, I did not connect it to the tv just straight up power and Bluetooth (if that makes sense) so anyways , I have Apple Music and when I have my AirPods in, it says I have Dolby atmos but when I play a song on the soundbar, I turn the surround etc but on Apple Music it doesn’t show I have Dolby atmos , and my settings for Apple Music I have it for Dolby atmos, can you help me so It can show Dolby atmos when I play music on the soundbar

If i could only get my hands on the pair signal, i did get it without a remote but i do already own a flipper zero with an extecive ir- signal database (that includes most of samsung soundbars) what enables me to controll the soundbar as if i had the remote, just that this one signal i'd need to pair it, doesen't seem to be included

Hi, I have Samsung surround sound HW-A450 and I’m doing what you say to do , but it’s just not pairing to the subwoofer, blue light still blinking, I unplugged so many times and start over still not working, I’m also using the optical cord. Help!!

I'm just now seeing this. If you are still having trouble with this, hold down the button on your subwoofer until the blue light starts blinking. After that, make sure your soundbar is off and then hold down the mute button until you see "ID Set". Wait a couple seconds and then turn on your soundbar and wait for the subwoofer to lock onto the soundbar's signal. Once it reconnects the blue light on the back of the subwoofer should stay solid blue which means it worked. I had this problem with mine where people kept saying "hold up on the navigation button" and stuff like that but for me it was the mute button on the remote... Weird. Anyways I hope this helps if you haven't solved your problem already

No matter what video I watch, I can not get past the pairing on my soundbar.
