Nope. Not unless you’re working with an iCloud backup will it do that.

Can I only backup my iwatch? Recently my iPhone 8 crashed for no apparent reason . Unfortunately I did not have a back up a lost data , photos .. I still see my photos in my iwatch as I haven’t been able to figure out how to pair it with the new phone. I’m curious if I am able to recover at least the photos . Thank you

Great info! It was difficult to find out how to pair an existing watch to a new phone... now I see you have to unpair it first from the old phone (mine died... I only have a loaner now until Apple replaces my 6+ phone...) I will wait to work on syncing the watch, I guess. Thanks again!

Haha no I actually have 2 inputs into this monitor...1 is a connection from my MacBook Pro and the other one is from a custom built PC running windows which I use for iTunes backups because it has a 1TB hard drive in it and is rarely used for anything else😂

It'd be better to unpair the watch first, it backs up the watch and then you have it at it's most recent state
