Hello Daniel I followed your instructions and the wifi is connected but I'm having a problem with using all the apps It says read all the terms and then agree but the (agree) button is kept shaded and I can't press it .. where the (later) button is showing red and i can press it all the time I can't use any app even LG content What should i do to solve this?

The wireless network will require a password, you can type it in on screen or use the LG tv remote app (I have done a video about this), equally if you are trying to sign into an app e.g. Netflix then there the previous applies. Are the settings being cleared each time? If not try switching your wireless acess point or rouer if it has a built in wireless to auto or another channel as it may just be congested. Apart from that the tv wifi card might be faulty or you could try a cable?

Try a factory reset on your TV, then reconnect and power off/on the tv and see if the same happens. It might just be a software bug, the other thing you can try is updating your tvs software, you need it connected though for that so but you could use a cable instead. Apart from that the wifi card may be faulty.

You connect normally, the hotspot name should appear in the wifi networks list but if it doesn't then enter it manually.
