I followed every step you did and i manged to pair my iphone 13 to the media but it's couldn't to pair with carplay you can help me why?( only bluetooth pairing without carplay pairing). The carplay function in settings are on!

Did you try also with cable and it works ? Try to delete connections and try again

Theres such little info about what the touchscreen update actually does. I just bought a 2021 plate c4 and it can only connect through a wire. Im not sure if the update will fix that, im going to try and call them tomorrow

Took me a while to figure this out but you have to use a c port adapter with your memory stick.
