Do you have to show your boarding pass? I’m only trying to get to a different terminal so I can use go to a priority pass lounge on my long layover

the last time I used the connector (May 2023), I had to show my boarding pass. this connector service depends on the partnership between AA and JetBlue, which may be ending due to legal reasons. so just a heads up, I'm not sure how much longer it'll be available

i wish i would of known before our travel. we missed our conection flight american airlines and we were on time but they said doors closes 20 minutes before take off . they told us we had to go to a diffrent airport they didnt care they were very rude . we ended spending more money. on a taxie and
