Which version of Bluetooth do the TV's use? AptX Low Latency should be used, otherwise the sound will be out of sync with the picture.

@@neondeluxe9650 hi I was having the same problem. In order for it to show up in list you have to put your bluetooth earbuds in pairing mode. You have to place the earbuds in your ears, then hold down on them till you hear a noise and then it will show up in the list, then hit connect. Also ensure that your headphone is disconnected from all devices such as your phone or tablet first. If you wanna watch Latrell Jennings how to pair Samsung earbuds on how to put it in pairing mode.

There should be a Bluetooth button on the remote that begins the pairing process as soon as you press it.

I agree. Even coming out of this menu takes about 6 presses of the button. Its so sluggish on my q7 when I have to repair it if the sound goes slightly choppy if I move around (Sony wf-1000xm4).

May I ask if it is generally possible to connect a separate Bluetooth transmitter to a smart TV (that already has Bluetooth built-in) and to override the TV's Bluetooth? The reason I ask is that I have a separate audio Bluetooth device that is much better/superior than the integrated one in the TV. Thank you again for your advice.

@marcfoss7687 You should be able to do that as long as your bluetooth transmitter can hook up to one of the TVs audio outputs. It wouldn't necessarily override the TVs bluetooth, it would just work independently from it.

I’m having the same exact issue with 2 different pairs of AirPods. Everything works fine up to the point of Needs Pairing and then it’ll say it’s unsuccessful, make sure it’s turned on. Well if it weren’t turned on, it wouldn’t have showed up in the Bluetooth list to begin with. I’ve tried all sorts of things and have hit a dead end.

for Sony "WH 1000XM3" headphones you have to press and HOLD the power button in until the Samsung TV sees it and then you can pair it. If you don't hold the power button down on the headphones it will not be discovered by the TV..... doing this during a heatwave sucks...but these headphones are awesome
