Thank you! However in my case if I turn off the Auto IP / DHCP settings. Printer will not be shown in the Canon Print app for Iphone

Canon MF112 is a monochrome printer, which means it will print only in black.

Canon mf236 is similar to MF112 but it comes without wireless capabilities only Ethernet and USB ports. The same process of connecting though.

Install Canon print service app on your smartphone. And if your printer is connected to the same wifi network as your phone, you can go ahead and print what you want. You can print from the menu of Word, Adobe PDF, your browser etc

Hi, i follow the same step try to connect the scanner to pc via wireless, but in vain :(. I downloaded the driver, and input the ip address, but it shows ip address cannot be found. Please help :(.

First connect your printer to your WiFi network. Then go to network settings and see what IP address was assigned to your printer. After that I'd recommend to disable DHCP otherwise that IP address will constantly change and you will loose connection with your printer.
