Hi, Maybe you can try this step 1. Turn on your drone 2. Then connect your phone WiFi with drone 3. Next only turn on KY FPV app and press start Hope it helps

Hi, after you detected the Drone WiFi Network, try connect it through app or from phone WIFI connection. Once done connection, it should be auto detected the camera from drone. Else, maybe the KY FPV App version. Hope it helps. :)

@@scul123 This is weird, but we can troubleshoot it by uninstall and install again the software. Or download the software from the manual guide "usually is QR code to scan".

Hi, that is the WIFI name of my drone set by factory. when you search for your drone WIFI, the code maybe almost similar like this or slight different for this model drone. Hope it helps. :)

Hi, if your captured video/picture did not appear in app library. You could try direct go to your phone gallery to search it too. Easier way, Select all media/photo (sort by latest). Hope it helps.

Hi, try to open the recorded video through you phone gallery, not from the app directly. Or you can check on the video format, maybe your phone not able to support the video format (but this should be not possible, because my recorded file is .mp4. Nowadays phone should be able to support most of the fromat.). Else, check the video file size too. or copy the video and open in your laptop. or send through whatsapp to other phone, check whether it able to open. if all the possible above tried, but still cant open.Then problem.

@@mikulaschaloupka6589 Just accept the WiFi with no Internet access. The Drone WiFi just for your phone sky fpv app connect/communicate with the drone. Then your phone Internet will witch to you mobile data, because phone WiFi is used for connect with drone WiFi. No worry

I'm so sorry that Im asking that many questions but when I try to join the WiFi it says No internet and when I have my hotspot on it disconects from the drone WiFi. And even when I have the drone WiFi (in the app there is still nothing.) I dont know where is the problem. And I think that on the Camera there is a cover.

Hi, I not sure about E58, but it should have their own apps I think. I found my E99 pro 2 app by scanning the QR code from the manual. Just turn own the drone and use our phone to search for the drone WiFi. Then connect it.

Hi, no worry. when you turn on your drone and connect with you phone app. Your phone wifi connected to your drone wifi, there will indicate no internet connection because it connected to your drone wifi which do not have internet. But the app and drone connection able to communicate as local network. Hope it helps.

Hi, You mean your phone could not detect any drone WIFI? Troubleshoot 1. make sure is drone turn on, not the remote control 2. Try to Turn off and on the phone WIFI to scan again surrounding wifi. 3. Try troubleshoot 1. Make sure the drone is turn on. 2. If you are using the app to detect the WiFi. Then Try download another version of the app. If like you said, three phone also can't detect, maybe the drone wifi problem.
