You only need it if you want to use your camera to take photos and videos otherwise you don’t need Wi-Fi to just fly it

Hi, there is no vertical fly up calibration. Only can calibrate left and right by press the "arrow left ". For vertical fly up, It will automatic fly up then we can use the joystick to control up and down. It not able to fly up from the group.. Then it might be have one of the wing broken. Hope it helps.

Nothing broken, on my drone and won't lift up on the start even the rise button if i press it to rise it don't rise on its own and nothing is broken i do the calibration but still nothing, assistance will be deeply appreciated.

I think is only the camera performance is different. Camera: The K3 might have a 720p camera, while the Pro 2 might have a 1080p or even a 4K camera (advertised resolution isn't always reliable on these budget drones). If good quality photos and videos are important, the Pro 2 might be better.

But for me, both camera is no so good as well, if you watch my drone E99 pro2 with KY FPV app, the video quality is acceptable. But not good enough.

Hi, Maybe your model is green color light? My one although is not connected also is red light blinking. No worry just turn on your drone, then follow the video 0:32 starting to connect between drone and remote control. Hope it helps:)

My KY FPV App does not record videos. What can I do?. It seems to take the video, but when you go to the library and try to play it, a pop up message says that it cannot be played

Hi, Maybe install latest or another version of KY FPV App, or you can check the recorded video size, if 0 byte mean its doesn't record anything. if the video have size (KB or MB). then maybe your player cant play the video file type(but this is weird)?

Few possible: 1. Need let the App allow to access to you gallery 2. Memory full? 3. Software update? For troubleshooting, Try snap a photo and check whether it able to save in you gallery

Hi, charging time around 100 minutes. Then flight time around 10 to 15 minutes. Seller will have additional package for extra battery.

Hi, yes. Just connect the drone wifi and accept the "connected no internet". Then it mean your wifi connected with drone, and you phone wifi should not connect with any other wifi (it will disconnect your connection between your phone wifi with drone).

Hi, I dont think it compatible, ideal case, it must be same model and pair it. But some model it is possible to connection with other controller, but hard to troubleshoot.. Sorry, I cant help on this.

Hi, try to search manually using our phone WiFi (like we search for home WiFi). Remember to turn on the drone 1st before search for drone WiFi. Not the remote controller.

Hi, try use different phone to detect the WiFi. Try find the WiFi using the KY app or manually using our normal way search wifi using our phone. Else try using other phone. If all method above doesn't works. Then is bad news.

I haven't face this issue. But u could try to turn off and turn on the drone and remote control again. Then try push left side joystick to UP-> down->then push both of joystick stick to middle like shown in the video.
