My Windows 11 laptop shows usb keyboard connected and when i press number or caps locks on laptop the usb keyboard lights those corresponding buttons but USB keyboard stills won't type anything including turning off caps lock? I've tried reinstalling drivers and looking for updates and that doesn't work either so I'm confused.
