Our smart watches are capable of tracking our fitness, my wife is a aerobics instructor and uses that option daily. I turned mine off because it distracted me during work because it kept telling me to stand up. Another great video Sir.

Not all smatwatches can make or receive calls. Is there a speaker grille by the side of the watch? If yes, it will. If no, it will not.

The app isn't available for my modle of phone and when i try other app it throw me out for no reason and another app isn't meant for my smartwatch And whenever i reset the clock goes to 09:08 sunday morning, 01/01 The app that wasn't meant for my smartwatch said that if i don't see any of those options above, i need to contact my smart device supplier.
