Hi there! I couldn't leave a comment on your other video, but I wanted to THANK YOU for helping me! I consider myself pretty tech-savvy, but I couldn't get my indoor chime to work. I had my friend, who works in IT at Exxon-Mobile come over to help me, and he couldn't figure it out! THEN I found your video that said it was an app setting! Right away, I was able to solve my problem! I've had this Nest Hello video doorbell for about 6 months without an indoor chime, and you helped me find the solution! THANK YOU!

Young man, I just wanted to say thank you for your other video (comments turned off on it). I am a retired Air Force Flyer and was not the least bit intimidated about installing the doorbell, but imagine my surprise when I could not get the interior bell to work. As it turned out, it was the setting you mentioned to check in your other video (I actually had to turn it on). In a handful of minutes you solved a problem that had been plaguing me for weeks!
