Hi, I have a Sharp MX-4110N in the office I work in, it somehow came disconnected from the computer. I can not for the life of me get them connected back to each other. I have a windows computer. Any suggestions? I've tried for 3 days now and have not gotten anywhere. Also, the network settings box does not look like yours, I don't see anything about wireless or not. It does display at the top of the screen that it is online however, my computer will not find it

lots of reasons could the cause of this and I"m afraid it requires an onsite person to troubleshoot what is happening and also learn about yoru office network. did you previously have this unit connected hard wire or wireless? try hard wire if wireless fails. good luck

Hi. I have a sharp copier, on the body its written MX-4050 but when i check the device settings, I see sharp MX-3550n. Does this mean the case has been changed?

yes, it's a possibility that the outside of the machine was changed out so it can pass as a MX-4050n. Of course

So Im guessing Sharp Mx-3550 is a lower model and they changed the casing and sold to me as Sharp mx-4050@@PrestigeOfficeSolutions

that would be my guess too if settings is reading mx 3550n but front door reads different@@hoebina
