Hi Kurt, You would need to buy individual "brands" for each user that wants to connect their social accounts, but this is possible for a small fee from Zoho.

They say there are no stupid questions. Let's test that. What is a Lead form on Facebook? No idea. Also, I need to have two brands. Do I need SalesIQ to have brands?

A lead form is a paid lead advertisement within Facebook. These forms are made within Facebooks ad platform.. Once you have made them in Facebook you will see them inside of Zoho Social. To have two brands, you simply need to reach out to Zoho One support and request a second brand. That has nothing to do with SalesIQ.
