you can increase the call time in the settings of the Device this is for the outdoor station, the intercom will notify you on your device for the sound you choose in the settings > Melodies area. some will play longer than others.

how to a set up a code that will keep the gate open and not close?

When Creating a keypad code it give you the option for "Time" have this set at "0" this will make the kjeypad a Latching Code, use once to open and hold open and then a second time to close.

Hi there If you have been using the Praetorian Guard app then all you need to do is add the intercom again to the AES SMART and all your info will be there as it is stored on the intercom. This means users, keypad codes etc. You can then delete the Praetorian Guard app. The new app allows for the new feature "Do Not Disturb" but is only supported by systems running on the latest firmware. We are working on the best solution for existing systems to get this update. AES Team

When You setup the code, You must be sure to Set a 1 second relay time

Tried to install this app on my Samsung S20 but it says the app was made for an older version of Android??? This KZbin video is from Feb 2024, the S20 is from late 2020!!! This doesn't inspire us to buy your product...
