bro, I just bought a PD200x but when I plug it into my laptop or cellphone there is noise that is annoying if I preview directly from the mic or when I record I also hear the same thing. If I buy a soundcard, can the noise disappear? or do I need to claim a warranty?

@@elanggoslav hmmm what kind of noise is it? Buzzing or like air? Try using OBS on your laptop and apply noise suppression to see if that goes away. Shouldn’t have a noise out of box. Also are you using the usb cable that came with it?
