How to Connect to Hotel WIFI on PS5 & Accept Permissions (Easy Tutorial)

To connect your PS5 to hotel Wi-Fi, follow these steps:

@LudgiDolla hey, i should've added an edit. i had to go through some of the settings, i think testing connection and other doing other stuff and then finally the authentication screen popped up. it's going to ask how do you want to authenticate and you choose phone. you'll have to use your cell phone and select the ps5 option on the wifi and it will go to the hotel site to connect.

@christianbriggs4476 if it takes you to the hotel wifi login screen, and you entered the password and it doesn't work, i think it's probably a hotel thing, and you may have to ask them the password.

It works !! I had to change my advanced settings from 5gh to 2.4gh. When I did that it still failed but a pop up message was displayed with the option to click “how to authenticate” . From there, you use your phone to connect to ps5, then go through the setup for hotel wifi like normal on your phone. After that your ps5 will be connected

Useless. The part you're leaving out is what to do when after opening a broswer you just get a "something went wrong" message. Sure the browser TRIED opening, but i cant change the url.

The easiest way to do it is to call the Hotel Internet support line. ( for holiday ins it is on the test with a card telling you how to connect to the WiFi. They will need the hotel code (typically the WiFi password) last name and room number. They will lastly ask for your MAC WiFi address and they connect you automatically. PS I suggest getting an Ethernet cord to connect the fastest however not all hotels support this hardware.

Tip: when your browser fails, you may get an error message that includes an option for "More Info". Once you click that, then the hotel login prompt will show up to enter your room number etc.
