How to connect to Porsche Connect on a Porsche 718 Boxster/Cayman

Porsche connect allows us to use waze?

My 2017 Cayman 718 doesn't have that "phone" icon. The instructions I received from Porsche said to go to the "apps" menu where I would find the PCM icon, but that doesn't appear there, either. My car was connected to PCM initially, but when it renews automatically every two years, it seems to become unconnected. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
