Van is now my favorite youtuber. He is changing the game and his videos are nothing like anything on the platform. I think we as people have the need to connect, but his succes is in his uniqueness, capturing the journey of life, documenting and off course making stuff. After Casey, he inspired me to film again and showing that you don't have to be like everybody else in youtube to have audience. Big up for you, bro, for making videos like this, I'll subscribe : )

Nice breakdown! I have enjoyed hearing your perspective on on this series as I sit here and internally evaluate every one of his videos myself. I am always trying to figure out ways to create a story and develop a narrative that connects, even when most folks won't have an interest in the core of the content I create. There are stories in everything we do, but the real challenge is unlocking the way to tell it that makes it compelling for others to listen. Van and Casey have such a way of making their (otherwise) mundane stories very compelling. Plus they're very talented. You make really great videos by the way.

You're right about stories being in everything we do. I'm still trying to figure out what that really means for myself, but it seems like whatever you're doing, it's working! :)

After watching your video Van tries to tell us that everyone is a spirited man as long as he's doing something creative... something he likes... something that make him feel good and fulfilled.... but maybe I'm wrong, who knows. :) btw... just got my Full Focus Planner a few days ago... it's just amazing and I thin I'll take my time to fill in all those pages :) Thank you again for sharing your thoughts about and with this planner :)

Haha, yeah, it's been such a blessing to have come across Van's work. It's brought up so much introspection about the video-making process in general for me. I feel like I'm forced to evolve with every video. Which, doesn't make the process easy, but I love that I can see myself learning and growing. :) I'm glad to hear you've got the planner! I just received a new one for this quarter as well a few weeks back. It's a bit pricey to buy them one-off. But considering how much it has done for me, it's really worth every penny. Without it, I don't think I would've even attempted to reach for my goals, let alone actually going for it, and getting it done. I hope you'll be able to find success the same way that it did for me!

I think that the conection is about everything you said plus, and most importanly, been Real. Talk as you are, be as you are, people can tell the second that you pretend to be something that you are not. Van is a unique person, you can tell from his earliest movies and shorts films. Pure talent, but mostly Unique, real. Btw, great video.

Nice video, but Spirited Man wouldn't be there if not for his brother. Try to post similar video, not even include any kw research and wait overnight to get 200k subs. Video introduction by his brother saved him like 3-5 years😁.
