Awesome coffee maker 👍 I’ve been using mine for the past two weeks and I can confirm that it is a great coffee maker. I don’t use the phone app because truth be told, I don’t find it useful. I’d rather do it the normal way. The quick start guide is pretty explanatory on coffee maker’s screen without the need of complicating it with the WiFi app unless you want to register for auto delivery of coffee pods with Keurig. The favorites can be deleted by going to favorites (with a new or used pod inserted only) - press the heart symbol, choose the favorite 1-10, and then press and hold the heart symbol again. Follow the instructions on coffee maker’s screen. This unit is everything I want as Keurigs go and more! I only hope it is going to last at least 2-3 years. The 2.0 l had before lasted 6+ years.

I think they need to let people know that the Brewer is on the 2.4 GHz frequency of your router and not the 5 GHz side... Once I figured that out.. I was golden... It's a great brewer... I've had several keurigs and this by far is the best one...I love the temperature settings and the brew strength settings.. the remote app is cool.. but I wish they would let me set my favorite as a default for the machine.. so that every time I started the machine up it would go to that default setting automatically and brew my coffee... But other than that I am really impressed with this coffeemaker... Great investment

haven't been able to connect the wifi. several calls with support and still nothing. Keep doing the same BS expecting a different result. Shouldn't be this frustrating.

I was having the same issue. Come to find out that I have a dead spot where the brewer was connected in my kitchen and the wifi connection was weak. Therefore I went out and purchase and added a wifi extender and now problem solved it works.

We plan on using this in our RV. Not every spot we camp in has WiFi, so we wind up using mobile data through our phones. Can the K-Supreme connect to the hotspot on my iPhone?

Hi 👋 Our brewers are only optimized and approved for home use. Smart brewers are unable to be used on hotspots, and the brewer can only be connected to a home Wi-Fi. Hope this helps ☕️

My QR code will not scan... I have a Samsung Android phone. I am tech savvy. I know how to use qr codes and how to scan them. I've tried on three different phones one using Android 11 and two newer $800 phones using Android 12. The qr code sticker is faulty. How else can I connect the brewer to the Internet?

What does the brewer say a reusable K-Cup says to brew as? They don't have a label to tell the "SMART" brewer how to deal with an unknown other than treating it like a stepchild coffee.

That's all OK as long as your app doesn't have 2 listing of your brewer because the first two new brewers had defects and the connect process doesn't notice and it doesn't know which to connect to!

Yes, multiple people can connect to the same brewer. After the first person connects the brewer to your home Wi-Fi® network, anyone else can download the app to log into the same Keurig.com account

@@keurig That's the dumbest system ever.....if you have friends living together sharing one machine, they shouldn't have to share one person's Keurig account in order to access all of the extra features. That's a security issue for the account holder. Next thing you know roommate #1 uses roommate #2's account to add his coffee to the other person's auto-delivery. Please fix this...I feel like I just wasted my money.

This machine sounds great on the description. In actuality, is a PIA to operate. The "app" seems to be the biggest bug in this soup!! Will not connect to wifi. Have made several calls and emails to Keurig and Amazon who this was purchased thru. Amazon reps can't seem to get their return straight. One said just to keep machine and I would get refund. Another said to return the machine for refund. I agree with others that machine is too bulky to move around, especially just to scan the QR code on The Back!! .

I've had my machine since Christmas (it was a gift), and tried to connect it tonight. I have the same problem - my QR code is not recognized. And my husband got this directly from Keurig. I don't know what to do now. I noticed you had no answer from Keurig to your issue.

I have the exact same problem. Spent $219.99 + $18.15 tax for a grand total of $238.14. Everything seems to work manually... But I'm only getting the same options a I would for the cheaper $159.99 Keurig K Supreme (no Plus and no S M A R T). The only problem is the QR Code sticker isn't readable. Can O do anything without calling and asking for a replacement? Are all QR Codes unique to the machine they are on? Is it possible to scan a friend's Keurig and get mine to work? Thanks in advance. So very disappointed with Keurig as this machine I bought yesterday is a replacement for a Keurig K Supreme (no plus nor SMART) I got 5 months ago as a Christmas gift from my wife who purchased it from Bed Bath and Beyond for $209.99 or after tax for $227.31. Paying $227.31 + $238.14 = $465.45 IS EXTREMELY WAY TOO MUCH FOR COFFEE MAKERS!!! Especially since both were purchased since last Christmas which was 22 weeks ago. I'm so very disappointed with Keurig. If they make this right... I'll update my posts and reviews showing they fixed all my issues and concerns. God bless!

@@melissag-sky8423 How long did it take to get a new one? Was it a refurbished one or brand spanking new unit? Did you have to pay to return this to manufacturer? I hand to purchase a new cheap (all I can afford) $30 Mr Coffee and a 1LB 14.65OZ Maxwell House Wake up Medium Roast bulk coffee when my original Keurig K Supreme (not plus and not SMART) died completely. It wouldn't turn on at.... That's when I got the cheap Mr Coffee as described above.... Then my sweet spouse bought me this Keurig Upgrade Supreme Plus Smart model that we really couldn't afford.... and it won't connect to the internet. Thank goodness I can get it to work manually or I'd be back to el cheapo $30 Mr Coffee Coffee maker and the cheap Maxwell House. It might be good to the last drop... but it's nothing compared to my Donut Shop or Folger's Brand 1850 coffee. I strongly suggest if you're reading this... go to Walmart and look for Folger's 1850 brand. It's like drinking 19th century coffee. It's amazing. Great Grandma and Great Granddad needed that brew of coffee so they could run the farm from 3:30am until 8pm. 😂 😂 😂 😂 Keurig... I don't make a lot of money. Spending just $150 on a coffee maker is unheard of for my family and honestly had a choice of a vacation to the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska (Go Longhorns!!! Hook Em) or a new coffee maker and a couple of other items we really can't afford. Please restore my faith in companies. I know these brewers aren't your money maker... it's the patent you hold on K cups. Fix this and I promise you we go through 12 boxes of 32 k cups of Donut Shop and 1850 Folger's a month.
