Mine doesn’t connect to wifi no matter how many times I try. I even contacted their CS and they were of little help. Still works without it but certain features are limited without it.

I've had this unit for about 2 weeks now. Since then, I've had 3 K-cups that didn't read and the unit would not let me brew. One after multiple attempts, finally read the pod and let me brew it, Only to have the coffee grinds all over the maker. I tried to schedule a brew and it failed and the unit never even came on.

Wait, you remotely got the app going and then manually pressed the buttons to get your first brewed coffee (you chose oz. size and hit brew). I thought you could do all this via WiFi? no? (Remote)
