Ive just got one of these and there is hardly anything on-line so im grateful for the video. Does it show live updates on maps if tethered to your phone? Does it show "safety" cameras aka speed cameras?

You can tether it, and then it will give you live updates on the apps that you using. I’m not endorsing this product as the build quality is poor.

soy de chile y pretendo comprar el connected Ride navigator, he leido mucchos comentarios sobre los errores de conexión y solo quería preguntar si esta es la forma correcta de conectar los dispositivos, también tengo el cardo edge y quería preguntar el cardo lo conectaste a que canal ? directo al mobil 1 o al canal del gps o segundo iPhone, lo otro puedes continuar manejando el cardo con los controles de voz ? o se pierde esa función del edge al estar conectado al navegador ride ? te agradecería mucho tu información por favor muchas gracias

Cardo has some features like, voice commands, group and mesh connection features, etc, which if you connect it to the bike will not work anymore. Cardo says that you can connect to both phone and bike, but for some reason once is connected to the bike phone is permanently disconnected.

Thanks for the great video. I have a question. I connected my and my son's helmets (both helmets have Sena intercom), but we can not talk to each other via intercoms. Does the navigator have the option to transfer voice between these two connected helmets, or should I pair these helmets as intercoms even though they are connected to navigator? When I play music or do navigation, my son can not listen to the same music or navigation. So why do we connect our two helmets to the connectride navigator?

Hi, What software version is your bike and CRN running please? I think perhaps 1250GS riders are struggling with connection conflicts as the CRN does not override the TFT as in your example. Thanks.

I have a BMW GS 1250 ADV and when I connect my connectedride navigator the connections menu on the TFT of the bike does not deactivate, perhaps the bike's software needs to be updated?

Same on 1250GS. When CRN in the NAV cradle the TFT remains active and gives conflicts. Yet to see find out if its a bike software issue.

I recently purchased a fairly cheap wireless CarPlay unit for my motorcycle. Seems to work really well for what I need through my Cardo. I wonder if the Connected ride has advantages over CarPlay?

To be honest, I don’t know if it does because you can use multiple navigation systems by transmitting from your mobile phone to CarPlay. I’m about to test one that may rock the boat. Keep you posted

The floor we are finding with the BMW system at the moment is the road junction. Information is fairly basic you’re approaching roundabout. It shows you a roundabout with a number two next to it telling you to take exit 2 other systems i.e. Tom Tom have nailed it regarding visualinformation and writing A Bike

I already bought the new connect ride, but I have a question, What if I want to leave my cell phone connected and Sena to the bike and I don't want to link it to the new connect ride, is that possible? In other words, using the new connect rider as my old navigator Vi, Just to see the map on the road, but to change the music, to be able to use the wheel next to the handlebars like I did before, because now I've realized that if I'm looking at the map in the new Connect Ride and I want to change the music, I have to get out of the "navigation" area and go to the "music" area. Which makes it very impractical, since I want to always see the map and down so I can have the opportunity to change the song just by doing the jog dial to the right I don't know if I made myself understood, thank you for your answer Best regards
