To be fair the ram, motherboard, cooler, PSU, storage, case and fans combined cost around 400k-450k so there's not much room left for a powerful GPU. Most people don't know what type of money they should spend on different parts and end up spending on parts that cost more leaving less room for the things that actually matter such as the GPU or CPU.
