I would have just started with the prompt "braces". I think it would figure out braces are associated with human teeth and work from there.

It's essentially the part of the image you should be thinking (ie, describing) about when writing your prompt for Vary (Region)

Gotta make sure you turn on that "Remix Mode" setting. Should work for all new generations after that.
