What's the blue lined rectangular region? I don't understand most of what you're saying.

It's essentially the part of the image you should be thinking (ie, describing) about when writing your prompt for Vary (Region)

I would have just started with the prompt "braces". I think it would figure out braces are associated with human teeth and work from there.
