I made both "The Glibatree Art Designer" about 600k chats and "The Glibatree Consistent Character Assistant" about 10,000 chats. This video mentioned the latter, the consistent character one. But they're both mine.

Dall e 3 is almost unusable now. it's producing low quality, blur spots and smudges on almost every photo. It's hidden better when its a color photo but when you start doing line art, illustrations, silhouettes etc... it's unusable. It's too bad they ruined a good thing.
@bvaldez213 күн бұрын
super cool. I was about to mention you should package this so I could springboard off your work, but you already have that covered. I'll be picking this up after my wallet recovers from christmas.

Gilba, really like the way you approach these problems based on a fundamental understand of how diffusion models work. I felt in this video you did a lot more showing while telling than in the prior one, the latter being equally good info but slightly harder to follow. I was about to suggest selling the image pack and they you mentioned it at the end. The price is a bit too high for me (my WTP would be $13.99) but a great product nonetheless.

This is aiding and abetting to copyright infringement. Absolute copying of Pixar's expressions. What's next? Dixor?

Hey, great video. Quick question: how did you originally achieve the nice three-panel pixar character outputs? I found it a bit unclear in the video. For example, with the carrot character, you originally mentioned that they didn't turn out that good. How did you progress to make them more Pixar-like? Are you still planning on making that video? Thanks!!

Do I understand correctly that you draw a similar character and change the face through reference? Is that the point of juicy scenes?
@gustavo-brunofernando4 күн бұрын
It's not very clear about aging. Did you take references of, roughly speaking, elderly people and try to put the face of a younger person or what? Or did you indicate something in the prompt?

if I understand correctly, then, so to speak, we draw a similar character and through the editor change his face to ours?

Yeesh. I don't even want Pixar to do a Pixar style. Its like coal in our Midjourney stockings...
@glibatree4 күн бұрын
That's kind of the thing about moodboards you can use it to control the style in whatever direction I want. I can think the Pixar style is changing and fun, and you can disagree, but we both can individually push midjourney to creating the image WE EACH want. It's an exciting time!
