How to control your thoughts?

Controlling our thoughts and feelings can often be challenging and sometimes very frustrating but when we gain authority over our mind, our lives flourish. We develop a winning attitude and we can successfully overcome adversity. Gaining control over our mind keeps us from falling into sin and strengthens us against negative thoughts that ruin our day. Dear brothers, as a follower of the Protestant tradition of your channel, I ask you to please put subtitles in this video, as the topic is very important and enriching. Father Gabriel knew how to explain and apply it very well! Furthermore, although I am adept at a deeply juridical view of justification and salvation, the fact is that after justification, the truly saved ones have no alternative but to sanctify themselves to the point of reaching Mystical Union with our Savior. Calvin said so, and so did other Reformers. Therefore, we are not that different in our Soteriology. (have you ever realized that!?) Therefore, I urge you to, please, my beloved, put subtitles in this video so that more people can watch it. Grace and peace in Christ Jesus.
