I had a lot of old pipes and rebar to cut up and from what I read kzbin.infoUgkxPDBfLu68o58Aw85O_J-zIFfjJARBhp-3 this would be the tool for the job. Since I had never used one, I watched a couple of youtube videos and I'm so glad I did. Some really good safety tips, which I followed, and this tool did a splendid job. One good thing to know is the weight of the tool puts just about the right amount of pressure on the metal I was cutting, so I didn't have to use a lot of pressure, which is more likely to jam the tool. It made fast work of my job.

You can buy sanding discs for this tool. They are far superior to this homemade disc as they won't fly apart and change easily. They are also extremely robust. I have used them to shape aluminum- quickly.

Hola mi amigo, Si sigues estas cosas, no tendrás problema. 1. Ajuste la velocidad de la amoladora angular al nivel más bajo. 2. El disco de madera que hiciste no es liso ni redondo, vibra 3. ¡No presione la amoladora angular mientras lija! 4. La superficie que desea lijar debe ser estable. Deja un comentario si hay un problema.

He estado usando este método para trabajos de lijado durante años y nunca he tenido ningún problema (porque su amoladora angular no tiene un ajuste de velocidad). Puede hacerlo, pero no deje que la lijadora se caliente demasiado.🌹🙂

Na minha opinião e experiência própria, se for lixadeira de baixa rotação tudo bem, porém se for de alta rotação pode acontecer do velcro não segurar o disco de lixa , aí onde vai parar o disco de lixa voando em alta rotação ninguém sabe pode até ser na barriga. Aconteceu comigo minha sorte que foi lançado bem longe de mim , pelo menos uns 12 metros . Idéia ótima mas baixa rotação.
