I have a AutoCAD drawing with set of points which previously exported using Civil 3D as COGO points and then the drawings have been saved as AutoCAD file. All points have coordinate with elevation. How can I convert these points to Civil 3D points again? the points are shown as ‘Anonymous Blocks’ (ie. each point block named as ‘*U1’), thus I cannot modify the block. I have found somebody has developed a .lsp file to convert these anonymous blocks to static blocks. Is there any other way to do this.? thanks.

I think the lisp is done using individual blocks. So it is bit cumbersome. Can you send me the file so that I can have a look.? If there are coordinate labels they can be converted to points sometimes.

Data extraction would be a solution. Check autodesk civil 3d forum. Recently it had a similar question.
