boss wrong connections because why you joint positve and negitive wire ... there are one wire positive one negitive and one for switching the pulse for ic to charging the bettry

Not good. Dell laptop battery will not charge, you can see by yourself at the end the battery icon is blinking in 2 colors meaning that battery is not charging but laptop is getting power.
