How to convert WGS84 to PRS92 coordinate system using Civil 3D [2020]

can you elaborate if what coordinate did you used first in your dwg? is it projected in wgs then your target is to conv to prs/ptm.

from prs92 to wgs84, then bali dalawa na ang controlled map merong prs92 and wgs84 with same location tama po ba?
