Sadly it's all cut and dry the day the walk in your house! They know that very day what the ending result is going to be. They purposely make it next to impossible for reunification even if they have to lie about it!! Idk who's been lying to the GAL because she told me she's been under the impression I didn't want reunification!! Idk where she heard that at because it certainly wasn't me!!

Her FIRST mistake was talking to them AT ALL. Her next mistake was doing what they told her to do. EVERYGTHING is a TRAP. Do NOT talk to them. Do NOT let them in your home (without a WARRANT in their hands that you get to SEE, and PROPERLY signed by a JUDGE). And do NOT sign ANYTHING they put in front of you. NOTHING.

Ive recently had my children taken from my home dur to the mother having marijuana in her system. Hospital notified cps.. and the cps worker made us sign a safety plan threatening us that the child would be put in foster care. the safety plan ordered that me and the mother to be on supervision when in contact with my children. She didn't even wait for me to take my volunteered urine test. Before i signed the plan i asked if my urine test comes back negative.. will i be cleared of the supervision snd this safety plan? She to told me yes. When i went to go take the urine test.. they told me i had no paperwork from cps needing a urine test. I called her about it and she told me she would send it again. I went to take it 30 min later and they had closed the testing part of the hospital. Now she is requesting a hair follicle. Knowing the possibility of false results i respectfully decline. Telling her i was not obligated to take one since the cps wasn't called on me. My arrest record is clean and i have no drug history. Im a great father and love being a father. The safety plan said me and the mother had to be supervised by guardian, but the guardian that was in place had to run errands. So i had my grandmother pick up the mother and my children to stay at the grandmother's house untill the guardian was done with errands. CPS made a petition to remove children and the judge signed it saying she had evidence of immediate danger. So now im here with out my children just thinking about how can this be legal. I basically got my children taken because i didn't prevent my unborn from neglect. How is a father supposed to prevent neglect when i had no idea she was smoking. The doctor said her hospital results were private and he couldn't have told me if she was positive for marijuana. Lastly.. my child was in her body. How is a father supposed to prevent neglect from happening??? She had no evidence on me saying i was endangering my child. How could the judge signed off on taking my children.

I was a child of the system, and now an adult with two children of my own, I am a great parent and my spouse and I are a great team. But I plan to take on cps and sue for a number of things. For starters I have proven transcripts of purgury on the stand and a hand full of ptsd and trauma from the whole endeavor. I was wondering if I could receive any legal advise on how to properly take them on and receive compensation for deformation of character or anything of that nature, I feel I was more than failed in my education and can’t even properly explain? Any advice?

Is talking to essentially the enemy a good approach if I feel my case is strong and all’s I wish to do is settle rather than battle in courts?

I am also a youth in the system. I am 19 years old and I have a court hearing coming up and my younger sister who is a minor is still in care as well. And I am a believer of God and I do pray that this will all be done and because of this I want my sister and myself to finally be a peace for going through so much with this case. I just hope and pray for the best! And I hope your case is completely closed as well! Stay strong and keep fighting!

What can we as the people do or what petition could we sign to get rid of this disservice to everyone’s emotional well being!? There’s a lot of things DCFS does than is not logical or kind! So it’s unfortunate that people who are not God and have defiant beliefs themselves to be able to have a higher opinion on you! All this cold psychology and they damage are kids the worst! Exactly social workers mislead the judge and the whole system for whatever reason. A lot of times especially during COVID we aren’t able to speak on our own behalf. I had to quarantine at my children’s father house although we weren’t living with him just had to quarantine and have another place. My kids didn’t want to go and they express daily how distressed they are being away from me! They cannot eat or sleep well. So why can’t they monitor them in my care . Removal is not necessary when in life we have to teach our children how to deal with the world. They don’t want to place my children with family even though CPs cases were closed. I went to jail 7/24 as well as him being on meds. The police report was false however they didn’t remove children until 9/21 this year! So the immediate need of removal was not even exercised properly. We had covid, my father had just passed and my children were not allowed to attend the funeral! Social worker knew all this and said she would check back in October but because I missed two phone calls she removed all three of my children!

I’m working on a letter to explain to a family court Judge the reasons why our home is a safe, loving environment for our grandchild who was placed in foster care. Hardest part is explaining our character when he has no idea who we are. We have been close friends with the Superior Court Judge for 30 years, plus my husband’s brother was previous Superior Court Judge before retirement. We’ve hired two attorneys who have state we have no case until mothers rights are terminated, we just want her out of foster care with us. Any suggestions what might help in a letter?

we had our grandson from birth until 6 month mark and the judge ordered immediate removal, AFTER the hearing was over. They felt that if my wife was actively trying to get my daughter mental health and inhouse rehab he was in immediate danger because they felt her focus was only on her and not him. we take turns caring for him so if during the day while he is in daycare she wants to call hospitals and insurance companies it isn't CPS business. They took him and treated us like we abused him. We finally got a lawyer to intervene. First court was last week and next week we should finish. Strangely enough the foster family, located 4 hours away, automatically wanted to adopt and CPS will not consider us for conservatorship nor adoption should she lose her rights. CPS basically said let your daughter go, forget her, let her walk the streets or him, your choice. This is a nightmare. Legalized human trafficking.

They don’t care who you are . This is about Federal money ! Once they have collected federal money for 2 years they will not give the child back to family. They will Continue to collect money from the Federal government if the Child is adopted. I am a grandmother trying to get my grandson for over a year. This is all about Federal money. Look up Transparency followed by your state and you will see how much your caseworker makes every year Stealing children. The Caseworker on my grandsons case has made $130,000 Every year for the pass two years. The judge who works with her and CPS attorney’s Makes $250,000.

They don’t care if your home is safe . The Federal Gov Pays them to take your child and if the abduction leads to an adoption then the Federal money continues. The judge was so Arrogant he said it during the trial during the caseworkers testimony. Even the caseworker did not want to admit under oath that they do this for the money. The judge stepped in and admitted they have received Federal money for my grandson for 3 years snd if he is adopted, the Federal money continues. My son went to WestCare for 3 months and when he got out The caseworker who makes $130,000 a year Refused to put my son in housing.

My daughter was tooken day 36 of her 30 day poorly supervised discharge over trimimng medical marijuana i cultivate for my medication. That cps had me get my medical card or i wouldnt be compliant w them. So i bought the ny medical marijuana card. So i began growing legal amount of plants w all aspects covered environmentally and pertaning to my daughters safety judge agreed then after ignoring our discharge w no popins a wk prior being told where and how much i was going to trimm then put in jars and put in the safe i bought just for such reasons. As discussed in court and at cps and agreed was compliant. Then said the complete diffrent e/o warrant 5 hrs after visit on day 36 of our discharge. Fucc them im on my 2 30 day discharge in a total 3yrs8 months
