Same in Michigan! I have given videos to the police that CPS refused to look at… hard evidence. But they’re keeping my daughter in a house where she’s being abused by incest pedo’s brothers uncles mother, etc. The police refused to investigate . In fact when I bring them more evidence, they tell me they don’t even know who they gave the case to they have no idea what to tell me.

My wife and I are foster parents. We going through court right now to fight for custody of 2 girls we had for 19 months there were 14 months and 4 weeks old when they came to us. Both parents home studies denied, relatives couldn't pass backgrounds, mother on meth dad in and out of jail, and wouldn't stop smoking pot, said if he stopped he would want to smoke meth. 🤔. Both bio parents lived with a parent who had LOONG criminal records, which denied the home studies, cause mom lived with her mom , the dad lived with his parents, neither worked this whole 19 months ,failed every drug test, refused rehab, and classes provided to them by court. So on May of 2021 girls attorney, cps attorney and caseworker came to our home told us we was adopting the girls, on November 22 2021 was court to terminate rights, 4 days before the girls attorney showed up , talked about throwing us a party , taking pics, etc to Celebrate, and bio mom was pregnant due in February 2022 and we was getting the new sibling as well. Well we get email on November 22nd saying the attorneys agreed to send girls back to dad for 8 weeks for reunification, so we was shocked as hell, so was our caseworker and both our foster agency. Long story short girls and dad failed drug test on February 20th at his 8 week mark girls got removed , we never found that out until March 16th when a worker from our agency called said get a lawyer now , we were all told not to communicate with you, but father asked judge not to put girls back in your home and cps agreed said she felt you are a threat to the girls, so we was blown away, got a attorney filled intervention, went to court and found out someone called in to DA office trying to get cps and girls attorney fired, called cps on the dad for abusing the girls and when they went to court on February 20for remove of girls the mother said it was us as well as dad said we was a threat to him, so our attorney showed all text messages the parents sent to my wife, during this whole time cause we was all close and kept in good terms as much as possible for girls. Cps attorney asked text messages be dismissed cause no name by the 2 numbers that belonged to mom and dad. Judge allowed it, we asked to see numbers of the calls made in against attorneys and dad cps attorney and dads attorney and girls attorney denied it said it's confidential judge agreed, sp girls in New foster home including new baby, we found out that bio dad is having het togethers with new foster family after we was told not to communicate with bio parents cause it's againstprotocol, found put they doing picnics with new foster family , new foster familyalso been attending court hearings after we was told we couldn'tcause they didn'tconcern us , both court hearing we went too foster dad was hugging and laughing with bio dad andgrandfather, as well as new caseworker, cps attorneyasked all workers involved in the case to be dismissed and replaced immediately which judge granted, ,,and they fired our case worker and manager, so all new people and they all have been filling these people head with there own beliefs, so it's is against court pretty much, today judge granted dad another chance with girls for another 8 weeks, then as we waking out a officer arrest the bio dad right after court, so like what the fuck going on here, judge just okay with thisall, but the grandfatherhad been playing the racismcard right after court agreed for us to adopt then cps attorney was removed from case and a new attorney came in and that's when shit went down hill. Our attorney thinks it's a political issue and judge scared now cause of the accusations made on her court room of racism. We was told by several attorneys we talked to about this it's cause the family is African American, and no judge wants that on there record that's why she is doing what she is doing. Racism is a power weapon when you don't get your way they all said. And 3 of the attorneys are African American.

Failed to mentioned besides grandfather criminal record he has 4 charges pending due to 3 accounts of terrorist threats , stalking and deadly force of a vehicle when he tried to run over the bio mom she was 8 months pregnant and had her 12 month old with her, and the attorneys and judge put these girls in his home and doing it again. We think this is a set up to keep is put to allow new foster family the 12 months to hire attorney and adopt girls that's y they gave them the new baby to use it as a reason to justify it cause they will not separate siblings.

Any advice out there . We even offered concervertership with stipulations including no child support , my cousin did this and ended uo winning custody due to the bio mother failing to abide by the stipulations. He was in agreement but changed his mind right before court so we think it was the cps attorney that told Jim not to out of revenge cause she thinks we tried to het her fired, after she told us do not communicate with mom or dad cause they are drug addicts and will lie to get a advantage for themselves and yet she took there word against us

In OC Juvenile Court the SSW is sent to subpoena to all hearings then they put us on call or we show up to court I tend to show up to all hearings in case they are any questions but on all contested hearings we are subpoenaed and we are subject to testify at all hearings as

You are absolutely awesome! I keep hearing your show and I would’ve known about you earlier, I wish more people in these unpredictable situations knew about you! I simply wish CPS help the children and families and did their job according to the law and they weren’t corrupt and hurt families and left children to dye because of their negligence a lot of children have been put back at the hands of their abusors and shamefully died while in care of DCS while they are “too busy” and “case overloaded” focusing on the wrong people and wasting tax payers monies in the wrong place when in actuality they should be using their social working skills and discerning instead of accusing and diligently stay focused on everything case that is critical.

I have police reports to prove the CPI Carrissa morrisey lied by saying I had my daughter in my arms when my ex pistol whipped me and choked me. Thats a LIE, the caseworker from Youth Service. Charo Garlitz has Since case opening i have multiple LIES i can prove that she put in my reports.she threatened my 12yr old son When I caught her I I started complaining the the CHILDREN'S WELFARE DIRECTOR of YSB put a letter onto the court saying I had my children when the foster parent called my mother after weeks of not hearing from anyone to come get my kids she tried calling the proper places no answer or call back so she went and got her grandkids the caseworker called the police the letter the welfare director submitted to the court states that after hearing about possible charges my mother told them I had my children more LIEs she stated the officer spoke to me LIEs we tried to get a FOIA on the incident we were denied.. They are dirty horrible people who abuse the power they are give. Family court is administrative not judicial which make hear say admissible in court so these people can say or do whatever they want. YSB has recently removed themselves from my case from a supervisor mouth because they want no more liability with me. My case has been sent back to dcfs its been another 5 weeks since ive seen my children. Oh and the threat the caseworker Charo made to my son.. If he didnt start doing better attending online classes ( hes advanced and was getting good grades) that she wasnt even going to try and place them with family they were gonna go straight to strangers. Guess where my children are?? Oh thats right i dont even know where my children are . i do know that she made good on her threat my 3 children have been separated and placed with strangers. Whats even more sad is that this is just an overview to what all they have done and just how deep it goes. Today marks the 1year since they took my kids ive had 8 visits with them. My daughter was 10mts old I missed her first Christmas her first birthday and now its going on second and theres nothing I can do. They set you up for failure. Never one time in this last year has anyone on their side tried to help me i was the bad guy its absolutely disgusting.

My daughter lost her children in 2017 . And everything that was reported was false . Dss told her she didn't qualify for a lawyer. Her being one parent for two kids I think she should have . The reports made on her were abandonment. Drug trafficking. Abuse to the kids .not taking them to dr . .not having a job .unstable home and some other things . Each one of these could have took her kids .. just one of then. . My daughter proved she didn't abandon her kids . They ruled out drug trafficking. My daughter had papers from Dr proving she took them to Dr. Only thing she didn't have was a job . My daughter wanted her children to come to us but dss said we didn't qualify . But the one who reported my daughter had two child endangerment charges on her . And her husband had charges on him to ..and ours was from over 40 years ago there's were recent.. this women did meth smoked pot took pills she was going to 2 pain centers a month and dss thought the kids were safe with this women . She started alienating the children turning them against their mom and it worked .this women after she did her job turning the kids against their mom give the kids up . . They come to see us it's a fight the whole time . The girl popped me in the face witha piece of clo t he's and then next day back handed me in my mouth she kick her mom I'm the knee and told her she hated her . She's called her mom a bitch .more then several times this little girl isn't but 7 years old. She drew her mom a picture and said it was the one who had them saying she hated their mom . There's alot I can tell about this I'm just giving a little about what has happened . My grandson came and told me that this womens friend at dss said she would keep this women out of jail for what she has done. Well that tell me that she knew what was going on to maybe they both need to go to jail

I was domestically abused and I packed up my children from a previous marriage and we left the state and fled to somewhere I didn't have any friends or family members so the abuser couldn't find us. However, he was stalking me through my Google account which I had no idea about and about two weeks after I arrived with my children at our new place he showed up and kicked in my front door. I immediately called the police to report it and he was incarcerated. When the jail released him, he was released to my address even though he never lived there and I was in a new relationship. He did not try to live there at the time though. He moved in with his mother and would sporadically show up. So, he would return Time After Time and each time he would return I would report it. Everytime a report was made I could tell the police were getting frustrated with my calls. Around February 17th, 2021 I had made a report cuz he kicked in my bathroom door and football pummeled me into the tub. The police showed up and put me in cuffs. Had me and my children all upset crying and the police told me that I was going to jail for misuse of 911 because I allowed him to come back into my home. They also told me that my children were going to be placed in foster care but apparently at the time that was just a sick joke between the police officers because they took the handcuffs off of me and told me that I was free to go but if I called them again to report the abuse then I would be in jail and my kids will be taken away. Exactly one month later almost to the day, the abuser decided to return and broke a window from outside my home, then two days later my children were taken away by DFCS. I tried to comply with the case plan I tried to explain that I was wrongfully accused of neglecting my children and no one would listen. Once I tried to complete the case plan they made sure not to give me certain information like, for example, the name date and location of the parenting classes that I needed to take. Now they have terminated my parental right right because the day of the dependency hearing that was immediately following the removal of my children, I was promised transportation and it even says so in my paperwork however I have never received one ride from DFCS. The person that I paid to take me to court that day apparently had a flat tire and lives an hour away from me. My family members that showed up to the hearing weren't even granted access to my children and they've never had a drug charge or any kind of trouble with the police ever. I've never had a drug charge or been in trouble with the police except for when I was 18 and that was for letting someone drive my car that has stolen property that I didn't know was stolen. Yet they treat me like I'm a criminal and terrible mom when all I want to do is love my kids and be there for them and they just keep them away as if I'm a terrible person and I have tried to contact the White House the governor of every state the Attorney General of every state Etc I hired an attorney I had a court appointed attorney and no one will help me get my kids back home to me safely. I even have proof that there are allegations against me are false however no one will provide that information to the judge or the judge that won't pay attention to it or something because I'm pretty sure I actually emailed that information to the judge myself. I can't find the judges name on any Docket in the county where this all occurred I can't find my case information anywhere and I am starting to lose my mind please someone help me get my kids home. I have not seen them since April 29th of 2021 I fear that something is wrong but they're not telling me about please help me

I really hoe you can help me I’m a Maryland resident in Washington county md. Cps took my daughter from there mother for drug exposure. There were never any allegations against me as father I am gainfully employed and I can provide housing and it has been proven that I’m not a danger to my child. However Cps is trying to avoid giving me custody my running me through a lot of unnecessary lists of things to do. The one I had hired took my money and did absolutely nothing. She did present evidence or anything. I’m scared for the kids. The foster home has had multiple complaints filed against her.
