Hey Gurumann, been following your 6 week shredded course and total respect for you! Your videos are just so transparent and friendly. But regarding this brown rice cooking video, I have to say that it was pretty confusing. Specifically because of the quantities that you were mentioning and mixing up between cooked and uncooked 🙈 What I can recommend is that the T-series video editing team can add captions on the left hand side which can high light the quantity. It will be easier to follow and less confusing :)

June 2016 tak mujhe pata nhi tha k weightlifting aur cardio kya hota h... aur mai SSC se sirf ghr pe hi thodi bohot kar leta tha... aur na hi diet pe kabhi dhyaan deta tha... fir mujhe aapka channel mila lekin usse pehle *JUNE 2016* se maine accha diet lena shuru kiya... gym mai membership lya aur abhi tak consistent hu with proper diet... *June* mai mera weight *47kg* tha... fir maine ek do online workout plan follow kiya... to *September* tak mera weight *50kg to 52 kg* tak badha... fir aapke programs mile maine switch kiya *Mass-Up Program* pr with proper diet... fir use 2 mahine tak follow karne k baad maine *Pure Mass Program* follow kiya... lekin sir mera weight aaj bhi *50Kg* hi h mujhe pata nhi chal raha h k q mera weight nhi badh raha h... meri size nhi badh rahi h sir... mujhe fitness model banna h... jitni bhi knowledge mili h iss field k baare mai sir aapse hi mili h... mera weight nhi badh raha na hi meri size... iss baat to lekin kabhi kabhi sir bohot depressed ho jaata hu... pata nhi kiske pass jau... gym ka trainer to h pr woh uncertified h... mai iss tarah se tut raha hu k sir ab mujhe uss uncertified trainer se baat karne jaana padhta h... aur woh batate h k SAB KHAO(white rice, oil ki cheeze... sir woh aisi aisi chize khane ko keh raha h jisse ab mai bohot nafrat karne laga coz i know k woh bilkul fayeda nhi karegi)... aur sir aapko to pata hi cjal gya joga k mai skinny type ka hu... to woh kehta h k pehle body mai FAT badhao tabhi usko cut karenge sir ye baat to maanne ka mann hi nhi karta(uncertified)... trainer k hisaab se body mai fat hoga tabhi mass badhega kya ye baat sach h Sir aap bataiye...? Arbaz Qureshi arbaaz u r vrycdtermined go wuth ur gut ibstinct go for healthy brkfasr means iv week give u shortcut conversation if u need 2 200 calories evryday go for 600 to 650 calories brkfast then after 2 hours arnd 10 or 10.3o go fkr some healthything to binge under 100 top 150calories then after 2 hours go for lunch of atleadt 500calories then at 4.39 or 5.30 6 pm go for again 200 calories then after 2 hours go for dinner for arong 350 to 400 calories then after 2hrs again go for smoothie or shake off 200 calories or go fkr fruits. now listencarefully u shld take oats/quinia with almond milk or skinfreemilk wirh littke chopalmnds littlewalnut raisins banana almond butter just half teaspoon if u can sprinkle flax chia and diced coconut. in lunch go for green leafy vegetables , beans & quinoa fish/ or not big piece of white chiken u calculate chkn as per it shld be under cakories defined for lunch . for dinner go for veggies and lentils/ legumes for binging every twohours go fkr proteinshakes under 200 calories or go for smoothie or shake . remmber I dmtt know ur workout regime abd wgat it involves. go for whey post workout fkr sure if u r muscle bulding preworkout go for creatine sure shot and try to buy us only us brands . ur meal frim sunrise to sunset in form of calories should keep reducing remmber
