Hi there! Sorry about that. It's an older video so I'm not sure how to edit that out now. The blog will have more step by step instructions if that helps! www.cottercrunch.com/gluten-free-grains-buckwheat/

Try to pronounce your words clearly without mumbling. Also, sounds like you are talking with a bucket over your head, the room is too hollow. Takes awhile for all novice video presenters to collate their faeces. ( south Florida )

We only had one mic on the camera, so we worked with what we had. I did not film this video, a newbie videographer did. Please be kind with feedback when we try to do our best with content. This video was filmed 2 years ago and we’ve learned a lot with filming since then. Even so, nothing is perfect.

"A plant similar to rhubarb" - that would explain why it's so high in oxalate content, just like rhubarb! I love buckwheat as an alternative to my morning oats, but was disappointed to find out about its high oxalate content after being diagnosed with my first small kidney stone. :-(

Oh I’m so sorry to here that’s. You could try substituting with quinoa, as an oat alternative. I also make a grain free porridge with hemp seed. Here’s the N’Oatmeal recipe www.cottercrunch.com/noatmeal-recipe/
