½ grated cheese

Love, love, love this version. Just now having free time to catch up. Hello po mahal naming Chef. I love the great container idea for the pang jowa version. They will make great gifts with festive ribbons and bows. I will also make this recipe using my whimsical mini le fleur Le Creauset ramekins and mini tomato and pumpkin Staub cocottes... to serve for the pangsarili version. This is so easy to follow and cassava is almost no. 1 rootcrop in Africa so there is never lack of cassava in my grocery stores 🥰. I delayed my R&R so I can spend Christmas in the Philippines. Got the Stellenbosch and rare colorful wooden cooking utensils, among others ready for that special someone 😂 and my future kitchen. Glad to know that cassava does not need to squeeze the juice. Most of the videos I have watched telling to squeeze the juice because of the cyanide in it. Next time I will make Bibingka Cassava I will follow your recipe. Thank you for tutorial.
