@Latifs Inspired - Hi mate is there any chance you can do a video on how to make that special green sauce please? Also, I remember having a dish at 1 of the Indian restaurants I used to go to in the midlands before I moved away 20 years ago. It was called Butter Chicken and it isn't that good where I live now so can you also do a video on how to make butter chicken......and if you have time, don't forget to make a video about how to make the Midlands favourite curry dish - the Balti 😆👍 Cheers mate 👍

I discovered your recipes whilst shielding during the pandemic. We were avoiding eating out or having any unnecessary deliveries. We have since had curry's at restaurants nearby in Blackburn, but none compare to ones I have made at home with your recipes. My husband Adam and I have both agreed the only restaurant we will visit for a curry now is yours. Its my husbands birthday next month, so am planning on driving him down for his birthday tea 👍🤞 Thank you so much for your amazing food and clear directions. Katherine

The restaurant is in Alsager in Cheshire, 30 seconds from my apartment. Me and my mate were regular customers of his about 10-15 years ago before he opened "Latifs", the old restaurant was called "Indian Spice" as was just down the road from the current restaurant. The old restaurant is now a pub "Ey up duck".

It looks deeelish. But, he doesn't explain the ingredients well. Especially when he is telling you about the separate Indian ingredients he puts in. And look how hard he stirs a metal pot with a metal spoon. Like he's scraping the zinc away from the bottom of the pot into the mixture.

@ZoltanHercules4 жыл бұрын
Don’t worry dude, it’s essentially his garlic and ginger mix - he’s covered it on his channel. Essentially, a cup of garlic, cup of ginger, handful of coriander stalks (leaves he kept for garnish) and a green pepper, all blitzed and blended with water added. But, could easily get by with minced garlic and minced ginger.

Nothing wrong with that at all. Everyone has their own favourite tastes and preferences. Whether people are saying to "add abit of that" or "subtract abit of this", recipes should only be treated as a base, where the chef can decide to do what ever they want with it. :) I mean no hate. Only to say that food is very subjective, especially when using very pungent ingredients like garlic and spice

If you put both the item on a some paper for few minutes till the oil drips and then put it into the serving plate it would look more presentable. But anyway I will try it inshaAllah it looks good.
