How To Cook Chicken Livers | Creamy Chicken Livers Recipe

Chicken livers recipe alert!!! 🍲🤩😋🤤
Ingredients:
🍅Chicken livers
🍅1 onion chopped
🍅Bell peppers
🍅1 tomato grated
🍅1/2 chicken stock cube
🍅Fresh cream
🍅1 tbsp ketchup
🍅Olive oil
🍅1 tsp butter
🍅 1/2 cup of water
Spices:
🧂1 tbsp mild curry powder
🧂1 tsp paprika
🧂1 tsp parsley
🧂1 tsp six gun or Southern grill spice or any all purpose spice
🧂1 tsp chicken spice
🧂1 tsp salt and black pepper
Heat pan and add oil
Fry onions until soft, then add chopped bell peppers
add Butter to soften the veges
add 1/2 chicken stock cube and mix well
Add tomato paste and mix well to combine
Add Chicken livers and mix well and allow to brown
Add chopped tomato
and all the spices
add a bit of water to loosen then livers and mix well
add 1 tbsp of tomato sauce/ketchup
Mix well simmer for few minutes.
Done. :)
Enjoy! Serve with Bread / Rice/ Pap / Green salad or anything you like.

What's the reason behind the name "Panana"😅

Hey fam, 😄👋 Panana is my nickname. My mother, late father, the rest of my family and friends that I grew up with in my hometown Mahikeng call me Panana, Lepanzo, Panzu, Aus Panana etc. 😁😂 So, how it came about is that, apparently when I was baby and toddler I used to love Bananas 🍌😁 . My dad started buying more of them and called me "Panana". 😂🥴 Basically Panana is Banana, because that's how most black people in South Africa call it. My family still calls me Panana. When I came to Johannesburg years ago, I introduced myself with my second name Monicah. 😁 Maybe I should do a Get To Know Me video one day.

So I saw it fitting to call this Channel Panana because it's about food and myself creating these delicious recipes. My husband advised me not to use my real name and find something else. So I ended up calling it Panana. 😁 It makes perfect sense !!!!
